Roll-up Reports

Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you (the organisation using Roll-up Reports for Jira) and Stray Anchor Pty Ltd (ABN 22 700 917 111), Perth, Western Australia. By installing or using Roll-up Reports you agree to them. If you install it for an organisation, you confirm you can agree for that organisation.

What Roll-up Reports does

Roll-up Reports builds pivot tables and roll-up reports over your Jira issues, shows them in Jira, on dashboards and on boards, and, on a paid plan, keeps a daily history of them. It only reads your Jira data; it never changes your issues.

Limits and fair use

Roll-up Reports runs on Atlassian's Forge platform, which limits what every app may do: how long each request may run, how much data it may handle, and how often it may call Jira. These limits are why a report holds up to 50,000 issues (5,000 on the free plan), why big reports load in steps, and why history has the limits below. When Jira or the platform holds requests back, reports take longer to load; a report that goes over a limit says so, and how to narrow it.

History runs on Atlassian's platform, and its cost grows with the size of each report. On a paid plan, up to 20 reports per site keep a daily history, and building a report's history may take up to four 15-minute runs a day. A report that needs more is paused with a message saying how to narrow it, and tried again when it's saved, or a week later. Don't use Roll-up Reports to break the law, to get around your site's permissions, or to interfere with the service.

Your data

Your Jira data and reports stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run Roll-up Reports for you, as described in our privacy policy. Our Data Processing Addendum is part of these terms and covers the personal data we process for you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Roll-up Reports running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. It depends on Jira and on Atlassian's platform, so it can't be available when they aren't, or while Atlassian limits or suspends it. We may improve or change Roll-up Reports. Before a change that takes something away from your plan, we'll tell you in the app or by email. If Atlassian changes or withdraws something a feature depends on, we may have to change or remove that feature; we'll tell you as soon as we can.

If we retire Roll-up Reports

We may decide to stop offering Roll-up Reports. If we do:

If something outside our control makes us stop sooner (for example, Atlassian withdraws something Roll-up Reports depends on or removes it from the Marketplace, or the law changes), we'll tell you as early as we can, and refund what you've paid for the time after it stops. Refunds go through Atlassian, which bills you. To the extent the law allows, that notice and any refund are all we owe you when Roll-up Reports is retired.

If another company takes over Roll-up Reports

We may transfer Roll-up Reports to a company that takes it over, together with these terms, the privacy policy and the Data Processing Addendum, if it agrees to keep to them. We'll tell you at least 30 days before. If you'd rather not continue, uninstall Roll-up Reports before the transfer, and we'll refund what you've paid for the time after the transfer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Roll-up Reports in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling Roll-up Reports. When it's removed from your site, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may end these terms if you break them, with notice where we reasonably can. They also end when Roll-up Reports is retired. After they end, what they say about refunds, liability and the law still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Roll-up Reports, Atlassian's rules or the law change. We'll change the date at the top, and for a change that matters, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, in the app or by email. If you don't accept it, you can stop by uninstalling Roll-up Reports before then, and we'll refund what you've paid for the time after that date.
